Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods you must report this within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will normally ask for proof of those faulty goods and will normally issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. You have up to 30 days to return an item back to YourHemp Ltd from receipt of the goods if its unused & unopened, in its original packaging and is in a saleable condition. YourHemp Ltd has the right to replace any goods that are faulty instead of a refund and this is at the discretion of YourHemp Ltd.
The cost of returning any goods is the responsibility of you the consumer.
