Terms & Conditions By using the www.yourhemp.co.uk you agree to all the terms and conditions set out below and these form part of the contract when purchasing through our site. Contacting Us If you would like to contact YourHemp Ltd please e-mail shop@yourhemp.co.uk we will endeavour to respond the same day with any query that you might have. Purchasing from YourHemp YourHemp only sells its range of products into the UK market at this stage and any purchase attempt from outside of this area will result in a failed order status or non-shipment of goods. The prices shown are correct at the time of purchase, however if there is a clear pricing mistake YourHemp Ltd has the right to withdraw those items from sale. A contact of sale is only active when you receive the dispatch notification of goods from YourHemp Ltd and we have the right to cancel the order at any stage before that time in line with your consumer rights. We use third party payment gateways to process your purchase on the www.yourhemp.co.uk website and we do not store your card details through our own platform and all payment information that is processed through our site is done in a secure and encrypted format. YourHemp Ltd will never ring you to ask you for payment information including passwords or 3 digit CVS codes. Free shipping only applies to the UK and is only active on those order that qualify which are £50 and above. The cost of returning any goods to YourHemp Ltd is the responsibility of you the consumer. We aim to ship all goods the same day if the order is placed before 2pm and the consumer should usually receive these within 3-4 working days. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods you must report this within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will normally ask for proof of those faulty goods and will normally issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. You have up to 30 days to return an item back to YourHemp Ltd from receipt of the goods if its unused, in its original packaging and is in a saleable condition. YourHemp Ltd has the right to replace any goods that are faulty instead of a refund and this is at the discretion of YourHemp Ltd. The contents of our website including pictures, designs logos, photographs and text are the copyright trademark or registered trademark of us or our content providers. All products sold on our website are legal within the UK. We are a member of the Cannabis Trade Association and you can find us listed on their website. YourHemp Ltd does not take any responsibility for the misuse of our products and you the consumer takes the responsibility in these instances.   Cookies YourHemp Ltd want to create the best possible experience for their consumers and as a result we do this by using cookies. This data isn’t considering personal data as its not identifiable. If you wish to purchase from our site there is a minimum amount of personal data that YourHemp Ltd requires to be able to complete the contact between ourselves and the customer which includes, name, address and card details which are processed through a 3rd party payment gateway which is secure and encrypted.
